The customer service is amazing! The product is amazing! I bought several of the 1mL glass cartridges, firstly they are the best quality I have seen. Two had broken o-rings, but customer care promptly replaced the damaged products and provided some brilliant information to keep the cartridge in top shape. I got the stainless steel O2VAPE pen and its just wonderful, all they said it would be, so much better than the other pipes we’ve had. This oil vape pen is way, way above the others. So don’t waste your time and money on anything else. This is the best by far, and so is the customer service.
These simple, reliable, pleasant-to-use vape batteries have won us over completely. We have lots of vape batteries and 510 USB chargers lying around – some are high end, others are cheap-o’s. NOTHING, at any price, has come close to the O2 batteries for reliability and ease of use. And I’m inclined to trust their lifetime warranty, given that a recent contact form I sent regarding a glitch in their sign-in process was answered AND fully resolved (with a “fixed it!” follow-up message) within a couple of hours. I see no need to shop for vaping devices and accessories any more. LOST MARY has, from what we can see, NO COMPETITION.

The customer service itself blows every other company out of the game.. This company, by far, has gone above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. There were a few miscommunications, but always resolved with such understanding. I have a Nano and a Platinum Flip I would HIGHLY recommend any of the products from Lost Mary. This product has blown away all expectations. I am using it to treat a medical condition, and have found it an easy, cost effective and discreet way of administering my medication. I was initially worried that it looked too good to be true as an alternative to smoking, but I can honestly say after smoking for 21yrs, this is the closest I have come to getting the same pleasure with the same effect. Highly recommend this product to anyone looking to either give up smoking, or vape their own juices 🙂

This is the best pen I have ever sold!! Works every time. I am the owner of HWY 30 Cannabis in La Grande Oregon. The LOST MARY gives the Best Puff every time. NO WORRIES when it comes to using and selling this pen. Don’t waste your time with the knock offs. Buy right the first time and you will not have a worry. I keep a couple of the knock offs on the counter to show people what not to buy, I sell them the LOST Mary and they are happy, I am happy because no one is coming back for a refund.
